The Mini-Brake is machined from rugged Chromoly steel.  The 1/2"x28 thread pitch is compatible with most 5.56 AR rifles/pistols, 9mm, .22lr, 5.7x28 and others platforms.  The brake has an external thread which is compatible with our threaded forward redirect sleeves(not included):
