Return Policy

While we do not anticipate any quality issues to arise, Customers should contact us immediately via email and/or the form provided below in the event that any of the goods they receive are damaged or do not function properly.

Customers may return any defective items for repair or replacement. These returns must occur within 2 weeks of receiving those items and cannot be processed without first receiving a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number from one of our Customer Representatives.  Non-defective products MAY NOT BE RETURNED.  Products returned under the pretense that they are defective, which are found to be non-defective, will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's cost and no refund will be made.  All return orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.  Any item authorized for return must include all original packaging and components.  Items with missing packaging or components will be subject to a return value reduction of up to 100% depending  upon the item.

If you have purchased our products from a third party vendor, we will not process your return. That return should be processed through the vendor from whom the original purchase was made.  All of our certified vendors should process any return in accordance with their terms of sale.

Return Requests may not be made on Product(s) which arrived later than the customer's anticipated receipt date.  JÄGER  usually ships products within 12-24 hours of receiving a customer's order.  We have no control over the shipping process once a package leaves our facility.  On occasion, delays will occur at the carrier level.  Returns and refunds will not be made on Products which arrive late due to the fault of third party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

 When submitting the form, below, the Customer MUST fill out all fields. In the "Subject Line", type the words "RETURN REQUEST" and then provide a brief summary of what product you purchased, the date you purchased it and any issues you may be experiencing in the "Message" portion of the form. We will respond within 48-72 hours of your inquiry.

Items MAY NOT BE RETURNED TO THE CORPORATE ADDRESS SHOWN ON OUR WEBSITE.  Authorized returns must be sent to the address provided by  JÄGER.  Items sent to our corporate address will result in additional shipping and processing expenses that will be charged to the buyer.
