My install & Torque Routine
Getting the fit right on an aluminum chassis takes a little patience to ensure zero receiver binding, so I dialed in a specific sequence:
First, I snugged all the chassis screws down just to establish a clean baseline alignment.
Next, I torqued the central takedown screw to 20 inch-lbs.
Finally, I went back and set all the remaining chassis screws to 14 inch-lbs, carefully working around the takedown screw to keep the tension even across the entire action.
Modularity & Muzzle Setup
I specifically went with the two-piece chassis design because I wanted the flexibility to easily swap between a dedicated suppressor and standalone muzzle devices. To top it off, I installed a 1.25-inch MADDMACS custom compensator. It is a fantastic piece of machining that matches the chassis dimensions perfectly, leaving the barrel extending just past the front of the forend for a seamless look and great muzzle control.

Between the rock-solid fit, the thoughtful modularity, and the way everything came together at the range, the Jager PMC chassis completely exceeded my expectations.
